Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of blogging, school started last week and I for sure needed some time to get back into the routine of hitting class after work. Enough excuses, here’s a Beautiful Monday for you fellows out there.
I saw on twitter that underground It Girl, DJ, and music pro, @ultragrrl, (also an account executive for a major PR firm in New York), was looking for bloggers to review a best-selling Axe product. I quickly replied that I would be happy to do so. Or have Mike do it, as clearly, he has better use for pomade than I do. : )So here’s Mike’s review of Axe Sleek, Smooth & Sophisticated Look Smooth Pomade. And it’s his first product review ever too, so go easy on him lol.
As a guy that doesn’t typically notice the difference between hair products, this product by Axe, truly made an impression on me. I used Axe Sleek, Smooth & Sophisticated Pomade for the first time and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the product in every way. Right when I popped the top off of the container, I noticed and liked the bold scent that smells like a good cologne would. The container is pretty cool too, very sleek in design, and compact. Not only does it smell good, it also actually works and doesn’t make your hair crunchy and dry, which I hate. Axe Sleek actually stays smooth which I was suprised about. A cool thing is that you don’t need to use a lot of the pomade, a small amount worked great. Even after a long day at work and a dinner date with Lauren, I came home and my hair still looked the way it did when I left in the morning. Axe Sleek definitely holds. This was the first Axe product I have used other than body wash, and I will for sure be looking to try/use more Axe products in the future.
